Refugee Gaming Community Rules

Refugee Gaming is all about having a good time. Some responsibility comes along with it in order to make sure that everybody is able to enjoy themselves. There are a few common sense, basic human interaction type ground rules in place for both server and forum conduct. Act like a decent human toward your fellow members and we'll get along smashing. Have fun!

Community Forum

  • Look before you post. If your topic already exists, please use it instead of starting a new one.
  • When creating a topic, use an appropriate, descriptive title for it, so that others can infer what the contents would be.
  • Make the effort to place your posts in the most relevant forum. If you don't know which forum is appropriate, make your best guess. A moderator will move it if needed.
  • Keep it friendly. Don't flame other members, bait them into negative arguments, or be generally disrespectful.
  • No spamming, excepting the specially designated spam forum.
  • Content that could cause potential problems when viewed in a public environment should be labeled as NSFW and placed in the NSFW forum.
  • No posting or linking to illegal material.
  • If you have questions, comments, concerns, or trouble with a moderator, please use the appropriate feedback forum or contact an administrator directly.

Game Servers

  • Cheating in any form will not be tolerated. This does include any exploit or bug that unfairly skews the balance of the game and its rankings, or negatively affects the game server itself.
  • Harassment of our players will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, abuse based on gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or sexual preference.
  • No pornography, graphic and excessive violence, or generally offensive sprays.
  • No spamming or soliciting. This includes both text and voice chat. If you have sound clips, keep them short and infrequent. If you are asked to stop, then stop.
  • No griefing. We have plenty of people who are interested in playing a game, and do not mind booting griefers in favor of gamers.
  • Comments, suggestions, and criticisms should be directed to the forums, or contact an administrator directly. Leave the game to the players.
